We work with SMBs, S&P Global 1200 enterprises and bigger agencies.

But we like to keep them private.

As we would your business if we decide to work with you.

When we’ll get to know your specific business case in the discovery call we usually have a fitting case study up our sleeve. For the start here are a few from the SMB end of the spectrum. More upon request.

As we are boutique we only work with a handful of clients at a time.

Case #1

When we came in the Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns were losing money. We started with an extensive audit of all advertising efforts and a big restructuring. Then we created ad graphics that highlighted the USPs of products and brand.

Then we got to work operationally, constantly running, testing and optimizing all ads, creating new ads everyday and then iterating again. Within a space of 30 days we were able to turn campaigns that were losing money around and generate a 775 % return. The numbers are only a 30 day snippet of an on-going campaign.

E-Commerce
Case #2

This client has two sides to the business. A large classical physical presence and an E-Commerce business which only accounts for around 1 % of overall revenue.

The brand is quite known and the web shop had around 40.000 unique monthly visitors when we came in, which we were able to leverage heavily later.

At the height of the Corona pandemic in March / April the physical side was massively impacted and we were able to absorb some of the impact. Those were our results for a 30 day period in that time frame.

Case #3

The client was doing a great job with organic Social Media and even got 100k Instagram followers but didn’t know how to monetize the audience. Some basic ads were run on Instagram but the client wanted to improve results. That was the main obstacle.

The beginning marked an audit of the current efforts and an extensive market research of the main competitors. Then campaigns were setup properly and optimized ongoingly. Before revenue from Facebook Advertising was 18.302 $ and after one month of the project it was already up to 38.820 $.

E-Commerce
Case #4

This company is operating US only with unique monthly visitors of around 200.000. In Q3 and Q4 of 2019 the average ROI was already at around 450 % because of a strong, loyal customer base.

The beginning marked an audit again to see if those already good results can be improved further. And they usually can.

With a unique monthly user base of this size the charming thing is that we can leverage a lot with retargeting and a very reasonable media budget alone and only then take steps further.

Those were the results of March 2020 alone.

Case #5

The goal was to scale the business to 7 figures a year while keeping the same level of profitability and margins.

Often times when scaling Paid Ads profit margins shrink dramatically. The beginning was therefore once again an extensive audit and market research. Also of the previous customer base which was then leveraged later.

Over a period of four months those were the results. Then the monthly media budget was increased to > 100.000 $ with a stable ROI.

E-Commerce
Case #6

Young brand from Australia with a high customer lifetime value. Company is making most of their money in the backend giving more flexibility for the first purchase. Which was needed because a single item costs less than 8 $.

Below are the results from March 2020, a big improvement to the prior months all while and especially because of Corona. At the time of writing we are seeing an even bigger upward trend with more and more restrictions on movement being imposed. Digital media consumption is up an estimated 300 % and CPMs down an estimated 60 %.

Case #7

This is a good example of our approach to advertising. In all projects we audit past Facebook, Instagram & Google efforts and on that basis suggest to start with one or the other. In this case Facebook & Instagram Ads.

When those where generating first returns we were quickly able to re-invest the surplus into Google Ads.

For illustration purposes this is the starting period of an ongoing campaign.

E-Commerce
Case #8

This is a good example of how we usually work geographically. Client is a big multinational business and advertising was taken care of centrally (also for the German speaking market).

We then started taking over advertising for the German speaking market / our home market and results took off because of the market experience.

Even in the starting period where these numbers are drawn from.

This is a great way for a business to see our work in action in a small market segment and get convinced by the results. 😉

These numbers are taken from the first 3 months of a campaign. Namely December, January & February.

Numbers for the pre Christmas period were naturally the best, so we wanted to give an average return to not leave the wrong impression. Because the beginning of the year is usually a rather weak period for this brand.

Every business' starting point and situation is different. We'll happily talk about past experiences to your specific situation when we get to know your business in the discovery call.
