Scope of the insurance:

There is worldwide insurance coverage with the following exception for USA and Canada. For financial losses asserted before courts of the USA or Canada or based on the violation of the law of these states, there is unlimited insurance coverage. For bodily injury, property damage and resulting financial losses that are asserted before courts of the USA or Canada or are based on the violation of the law of these states, insurance coverage exists only in the following cases:

when participating in or conducting business trips;

when participating in trade fairs, exhibitions or events;
for indirect exports of products or services to the USA or Canada (an indirect export is when products or services have entered the USA or Canada without being caused by the policyholder or co-insured persons).
